AcrySof® IQ PanOptix® by Alcon
The AcrySof® IQ PanOptix® trifocal lens by Alcon is designed to help patients with progressive lens dysfunction that elect to address their near, intermediate, and distance vision needs with a single lens. Not only does it reduce the patient’s need for reading glasses, bifocals and/or progressive lenses but it can help them to regain their near and intermediate vision, in addition to providing excellent distance vision. This particular intraocular lens technology features ENLIGHTEN, which stands for ENhanced LIGHT ENergy, a tool that recreates the functionality of a natural eye lens. The AcrySof® IQ PanOptix® transmits roughly 88% of light to truly provide clear vision.
