Other payment optionsThere are a few different ways in which you can pay for your procedure, such as using your debit or credit card‡, cash or certified cheque. Ask your clinical counsellor for more information about the different payment options available.
Insurance benefits packagesMany benefits packages offer full or partial coverage for vision correction as a part of their vision care plan. If you are covered by your employer's insurance, ask your benefits representative if you are covered for a vision correction procedure.
Health Spending AccountsIf you have been contributing your pre-tax dollars to an employer-run Health Spending Account, then you may be able to offset different types of medical expenses, such as laser vision correction. Speak to your health benefits provider to determine whether your contributions can be put towards laser vision correction.
