Driving Directions

LASIK MD is located at 2525 Daniel-Johnson, Suite 640 in Laval. We are situated close to the Carrefour Laval.

From Montreal

• Take the AUT-15 ramp to Saint-Jérôme.
• Take exit 8 to (RTE-148) / St-Martin blvd.
• Continue on Autoroute des Laurentides.
• Take the RTE-148 exit 8.
• Turn left at St-Martin West blvd.
• Bear right and head toward Daniel-Johnson blvd.
• Bear right at Daniel-Johnson blvd.

From the Laurentians

• Take the AUT-15 to Montreal.
• Take exit 10 to (AUT-440) / (RTE-148) / Laval Autoroute.
• Continue on Autoroute des Laurentides.
• Bear right.
• Turn right at Le Carrefour blvd.
• Turn right at Daniel-Johnson blvd.

From Quebec City

• Head southwest from Jean-Perrin rd.
• Turn left into the AUT-40 / AUT-73 entry ramp to Montreal.
• Take the AUT-40 / AUT-73 ramp to Montreal /Pont Pierre-Laporte.
• Continue on AUT-73.
• Take the AUT-20 exit 131-O to Montreal.
• Take the AUT-40 exit 8-O to Dorval Airport / Mirabel Airport / Hull.
• Take the AUT-15 exit 70 to Mirabel Airport / Laval / Saint- Jérôme.
• Take exit 8 to (RTE-148) / St-Martin blvd.
• Continue on Autoroute des Laurentides.
• Take the RTE-148 exit 8.
• Turn left at St-Martin West blvd.
• Bear right and head toward Daniel-Johnson blvd.
• Bear right at Daniel-Johnson blvd.
