I often heard people speak about LASIK, and being “free from glasses and contacts”. Now – after undergoing the procedure at LASIK MD – I fully understand how life-changing this procedure really is.
Whether it’s picking out a cross-ice pass or aiming for the top-corner, I need to be able to trust my vision on the ice. Contacts would irritate my eyes, or worse fall out during a game, so they were just too unreliable.
