The LASIK MD Management Team brings decades of diverse experience and industry expertise as well as a history of success to form LASIK MD, Canada’s leading laser vision correction provider. These executives guide over 400 employees across Canada.

LASIK MD was founded in 2001 by Dr. Mark Cohen and Dr. Avi Wallerstein with initial clinics in Montreal and Toronto. Their vision and passion grew to have many laser centres across Canada. The Management Team works hand-in-hand with all employees to offer world-class quality care to all patients and to deliver the best possible vision results.
