The LASIK MD Wellness Program is designed to help you get a jump-start on making positive changes to your lifestyle. The goal of our Wellness Program is to offer a variety of services to support your personal health and well-being. Our Employee Fitness Program (please refer to our ‘Perks and Benefits' section for more details) and ‘Biggest Loser Contests' are examples of wellness initiatives that LASIK MD has implemented. We provide employees with access to information on weight loss, smoking cessation, healthy eating, and ergonomics.
