Refractive Experience
Doctor Perrier completed training in refractive surgery at LASIK MD
with some of the most experienced surgeons in North America. He has
a lot of experience in intraocular surgeries. Dr. Perrier is an
active staff member at the Lachine Campus of The McGill
University Health Centre. He is also an associate member of the
University of Montreal Hospital Centre and the Lakeshore General
Hospital.
Doctor Manuel Perrier is dedicated to the education of
pre-graduate students in the faculty of medicine at the University
of Montreal. He is a clinical instructor of ophthalmology at the
University of Montreal and is dedicated to teaching comprehensive
ophthalmology to pre-graduate students and
ophthalmologists-in-training.
Accomplishments and Awards
Doctor Perrier has published numerous articles in scientific
journals, such as in the Canadian and American Journals of
Ophthalmology. Recently (February 2005), doctor Manuel Perrier
published an article on the diagnosis and treatment of anterior
uveitis in Actualité Médicale.
He has also given many presentations, including at the annual
meeting of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology
in Florida in 2003 and at the annual meeting of the Canadian
Society of Ophthalmology in 2002.
