As the first point of contact, the Patient Care Centre (PCC) is in many ways the most important department at LASIK MD. PCC agents work in our state-of-the-art Call Centre and provide callers from across Canada with information on laser vision correction - including the services that LASIK MD offers - and assist them with booking their free consultations and/or surgeries.

The Centre offers flexible work hours to accommodate any schedule, including part-time or full-time scheduling, shift trading and week-end or night hours to make it easier for you to manage your time and outside activities.
